Subscribing to a paid offering constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
2. About the service
Tennoro offers access to premium content relating to statistical analysis and predictions for tennis matches.
A subscription may include:
- additional predictions;
- additional analyses;
- advanced statistics;
- private channels reserved for subscribers;
- any other content specified at the time of subscription.
The exact content of a subscription may change to improve the service.
3. Access requirements
Access to premium services is reserved for users who have:
- a valid Discord account;
- access to the Tennoro server;
- a payment method accepted by the payment platform used.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or suspend access for users who do not comply with the service’s Terms of Use.
4. Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed when the order is placed.
Prices are stated in euros (€).
Tennoro reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions before their next renewal.
5. Payment
Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment provider.
Tennoro never has access to the user’s complete banking information.
Users confirm that they are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Subscription and renewal
Subscriptions cover the period specified at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the payment interface or in accordance with the procedure specified when subscribing.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
7. Access to premium content
Access to premium content is granted once payment has been confirmed.
In exceptional cases, activation may be subject to a technical delay.
If a technical incident temporarily interrupts the service, Tennoro will endeavour to restore access as soon as possible.
8. Refund policy
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, subscriptions that have already started are non-refundable.
No refund will be granted on the grounds of:
- an unfavourable sporting result;
- a financial loss related to a bet;
- partial use of the service;
- not viewing the available content.
Exceptional requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
9. Nature of the service
Tennoro provides statistical analyses and informational content.
No published prediction, analysis or information constitutes:
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- a guarantee of results;
- an invitation to bet.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
10. Liability
Users remain solely responsible for their decisions, particularly in relation to sports betting.
Tennoro shall not be liable for:
- financial losses incurred;
- missed gains;
- decisions made on the basis of published information;
- temporary unavailability of the service.
Tennoro’s liability is strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the user over the preceding thirty (30) days.
11. Cancellation
Tennoro may suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of:
- fraud;
- misuse;
- a breach of server rules;
- failure to comply with the Terms of Use.
Such termination does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
12. Changes to the Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale may be amended at any time.
The applicable version is the one published on the date of consultation.
Users may be notified of substantial changes through the Discord server or any other appropriate channel.
